Over the hot summer of 2022 the Women's B Team were playing some excellent tennis and on Friday 18th November were deservedly presented with the Division 3 Winners Award in the Swindon and District League.   This award crowns a fantastic season for the Royal Wootton Bassett Women's B Team and was presented at the League Presentation Evening at Swindon Supermarine RFC. 

Pictured at the event are (L to R) Chrissy, Becky, Anya (captain), Natalie and Lucie.  Two other members of the team, Katherine and Alison must also be mentioned.  There was further success for Becky when she was cited for being the best player of Division 3. 

Other teams from our club also had notable seasons and the Mixed A Team were runners-up in Division 2, the Men's E Team were runners-up in Division 6, and last winter our Mixed A Team were runners-up in Division 2.  Lots of success to celebrate!

Well done to all the many players from Royal Wootton Bassett Tennis Club who compete in the leagues both summer and winter.  We look forward to more success in 2023.
