Sidmouth Tennis Club is committed to providing a safe, accessible, enjoyable and welcoming environment for everyone.

We are fully compliant with the 5 minimum standards required for British Tennis Venue Registration, namely:

1. Operation of clear Safeguarding Policy & Procedures
2. Operation ofclear  Diversity & Inclusion Policy & Procedures 
3. Appointment of fully trained Welfare Officer
4. Our coaches, Welfare Office and all members involved in working with the Junior section of the club have undertaken a Criminal Records (DBS) Check
5. We carry out a risk assessment on at least an annual basis to ensure the safety and well-being of our members.

We will continue to be audited by the LTA to ensure compliance with all of these standards.
