All bookings must be paid by bank transfer in advance.

The above fees apply to all periods outside the mid-week after school programme time slot of 15.00-17.00 hours.  The fees include a fully qualified coach, court fees, appropriate tennis balls, nets and free racket hire. 

PAYMENT

Without exception, all fees for the after-school programme and those wishing to  book private lessons must be paid for IN ADVANCE  The system will not allow bookings without payment being made.   In order to qualify for a full refund,  any paid for purchased time slots would have to give at least one months notice prior to the commencement of the course. If any courses are cancelled by South Park Tennis management then a full refund to those who paid would appply.

PLEASE NOTE:  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE REQUEST FOR SETTLEMENT UNLESS AGREED  OTHERWISE.  IF NOT THE BOOKING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED WITHOUT FURTHER COMMUNICATION.

CANCELLATIONS

 WITH  THE EXCEPTION OF RAIN CANCELLATIONS  48  HOURS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN  IN ALL CASES  OTHERWISE FULL CHARGES WILL APPLY.  Lessons cancelled  giving 48 hours notice or more will be rescheduled at a time agreeable between all parties and the credit will reamin for a period of 12 months from the date of the cancellation.    REFUNDS CANNOT BE GIVEN  unless the coach or other coaches cannot for any reason fulfill the obligation.  There is no guarentee  the coach who was running the event will be the same coach at the rescheduled lesson.   

RAIN

In the event of rain cancellations, rain credits would be offered to all prepaid lessons whether group or otherwise.  Refunds cannot be given .  The decision to cancel would be at the discretion of Tony Beaton or coach only.  A lesson that has started  but is subsequentlty rained  off no matter how far into the lesson  the lesson would be considered a full lesson and therefore not eligible for the credit system.  Rain credits can be redeemed in 3 different ways- 1) another group lesson at a different time (all children attending) 2)  a pro rata fee towards  tennis camps 3) a pro rata fee towards a future after school lesson withn the next 12 months.  IN EXCEPTIONAL  CIRCUMSTANCES  such as a family leaving the UK FOR GOOD a refund will be considered.  

CHANGES TO EXISITNG  BOOKINGS:  

This is a very time consuming and often very difficult to actually do.  Any changes will incure a £10.00 handling charge for each change and any booking that can't feasibly be changed will have to be forfeited.  Refunds cannot be given.
