Snow fell on Tuesday 19th November, cancelling play for several days due to the persistant cold weather keeping the snow in place.  This is very unusual for November.  The Ladies 1st team were due to play a match at West Bridgford Tennis Club on Friday 22nd November  but  were relieved to be told that the match had been cancelled as the temperatures remained at zero or less.  The cold spell is due to end tomorrow when the forecast is for 10 degrees and rain!!  So it may be another day or two before we can get back on court.
