Aran Hodgkinson
Aran is the Founder and Owner Manager of Sphairistrike Tennis. In 2020, Aran decided to merge his passion for tennis and his love for coaching, and Sphairistrike Tennis was born.
Aran is a Level 2 LTA accredited coach (currently undertaking his Level 3 Qualification), which means as well as being qualified to coach the sport, he also holds a first aid and enhanced DBS certificate and has completed official safeguarding training.
Aran is an enthusiastic, passionate coach who wants players to develop and improve whilst enjoying their time on court. A well educated coach, Aran has both a Degree and Masters Degree in Sports Coaching, has published academic papers on the subject of coach development and has mentored many student coaches throughout the years. Before taking up tennis coaching and starting the company, Aran taught PE for 6 years in number of schools, as well as lecturing at the University of Central Lancashire.

Katy Parsons
Katy is the Office Manager at Sphairistrike Tennis. Katy has worked in many customer facing roles throughout her professional career, including management and leadership roles. Katy supports Aran with the strategic leadership of the company as they both strive to continuously move the company forward and expand our current provision. Katy also manages the day to day administration of the company by responding to customers queries and carrying out our programme administration.
Stuart Bennett
Stuart is our Commercial Manager at Sphairistrike Tennis. After being involved in business projects for over 10 years, and working in leadership roles for a huge company, Stuart is extremely experienced when it comes to driving forward the commercial side of the company. Stuart's role centres around social media interaction and identifying and investing in new ideas which will benefit the company and its customers. Stuart works closely with Katie behind the scenes as they both devise new ideas to support the wider company strategy.
