Rosemary Snook has played tennis at international and county levels. She competed at Junior Wimbledon, and in a Wimbledon qualifying tournament. Rosemary was winner of the Nestlé Schools Ladder and the Evening News Ladies’ Singles. She was ranked number nine in the country at Under 21. Rosemary has coached pupils of all ages and abilities for the last 40 years and is an LTA Level 4 coach.

Steve Jarrett has 25 years of coaching experience and has produced a wide variety of players, from Mini Red to the top 50 ITF World Ranked.

He has held the following positions:

• LTA Tutor for Tennis Leader Award
• Coach /Captain U18 Kent Boys team for 12 yrs (National Champions 2004)
• 2006 Kent Coach of the Year
• 2007-2009 Member of the LTA Elite Coaches Committee  
  (aimed at improving tennis coaching nationwide)

Ollie Pearce started playing tennis when he was 11 years old and immediately fell in love with the game.

He had lessons in his early teens at his local club in Hawkhurst where he went on to play on and captain the Men’s team. At the age of 18 Ollie started working with the team at JTS. He has now been  with Steve and the team for 12 years and in that time has had experience in coaching a wide variety of ages and abilities.

Ollie is Head Coach of the Junior Programme at St John's Tennis Club and is also Head Coach at Hawkhurst tennis club where he has been running a small tennis programme since August 2017.

Nathan Cook captained St. John’s men’s team at the age of 18. He was mentored by Rosemary Snook and Steve Jarrett and also gained experience coaching at La Manga Club, Spain. He is an LTA Level 3 coach and teaches all ages and abilities.

Ian Chapman played tennis at Tonbridge Tennis club as a junior and after attending Leeds Metropolitan University he returned to Tonbridge to be coached by Steve.

Through his guidance, Ian became a qualified LTA coach and started working at Tonbridge LTC and Tunbridge Wells LTC.  In 1999 he joined back up with Steve at the Indoor Tennis Centre as well as upgrading to a LTA Level 4 in 2001.
