Welcome to Tennis Ayrshire
We are the representative body for tennis clubs in the Ayrshire District and are affiliated to both Tennis Scotland - the national governing body - and also South of Scotland Tennis - the county
Our role is to organise and administer competitions and the District coaching programme as well as generally promoting and developing tennis within Ayrshire on behalf of our member clubs. In pursuit of this our objectives include:-
- Increasing overall participation in our sport
- Increasing competitive opportunities at all levels
- Providing a performance pathway to help improve playing standards - especially for juniors via our Junior District Performance Programme
Tennis is a wonderful sport which can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities and whether you want to enjoy it for competition or socially.
In 2022 we adopted Padel into our constitution - More info will be available on this soon!
