Tennis in Enfield

The London Borough of Enfield has fourteen public tennis court sites across the Borough, welcoming people of all ages and abilities. Our online booking system enables you to book a court quickly and easily.

Via grant funding from the Lawn Tennis Association and the Government Department for Digital, Culture Media and Sport along with funding from Enfield Council, many of the tennis courts are currently undergoing major refurbishment works. The courts where refurbishment works have recently been completed look fabulous.

Where there are no floodlights on the tennis courts, they are available for public use from 8:00am until dusk every day.  The courts are free of charge from 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday and cost £5.50 per hour after 5:00pm on weekdays and at all times at weekends. The booking system will automatically calculate the correct payment as part of your booking. There are floodlights on the tennis courts at Broomfield Park and Firs Farm Recreation Ground, the courts at these two locations can be booked until 10:00pm. There is an additional charge of £2.90 if floodlight usage is required.  Income generated from the tennis courts will be re-invested back into the courts.

As part of the booking process you will receive a gate access code to gain entry onto the courts, you will need to input this code at the gate on arrival. Don't forget to input the asterisk (*) before you input the six digit number.

How to Book a Court:

Each tennis venue can be found in the drop down menu in the top right hand corner of this page. From here, you are able to book a court under the bookings tab at each location. Simply register, select a time and date, book and if required make payment and then you’re ready to play!  You will be provided with a gate access code upon completion of your booking which will enable entry to the courts. Please ensure that you have this with you so you can gain entry.

Bookings can be made 7 days in advance.

All bookings are for a period of 1 hour.
