Cancelling Court Bookings

Should you not be able to attend your court booking, individuals are expected to cancel court bookings on ClubSpark to enable the booking slot to be released for the public. Please note that regular offenders failing to turn up for bookings without cancelling will be issued with a 7 day booking ban.

How to cancel a booking:

  1. Visit Tennis Wales In The Park / Home (lta.org.uk) select your park and ensure you are logged into your account

  1. Click on your name to drop down the menu and select "profile"

  1. Select "manage your court bookings"

  1. Your court bookings will now be listed with the option to cancel them

Claiming a refund:

When cancelling a court, this needs to be done prior to 24 hours before the court booking. You will then automatically receive an automated refund via the booking system.

Therefore, be sure to keep an eye on weather forecasts etc leading up to your booking to avoid last minute cancellations and loss of funds.

If a court is cancelled less than 24 hours before the court booking, then a refund will not be able to be issued. Certain cancellations may be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please email tenniswales@tenniwales.org.uk if you are in this situation at all.
