The first Super Saturday Sponge Ball Match Play took place on the first  on 5th January with 16 players taking part at Springfield Sports Centre. Players were divided into 4 groups where they played a round robin format, before entering compass draws where they competed against players from other groups. In total 32 timed matches were completed, culminating in a final won by Sonny Derrien.

The next matchplay will be on Sunday 17th February again indoors at Springfield Sports Centre. Sign up is now available!
