If you are interested in joining the club you can sign up online right now! Just take a look at our membership packages in the section below. Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer, although you can arrange to pay by cheque if required (just contact our membership secretary).
We think our subscription offers good value:
- Subscriptions include FREE USE OF BALLS AND FLOODLIGHTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AT MIX-IN SESSIONS (take a look at our court booking section to see the latest schedule for mix-in and social tennis sessions.)
- A choice of several mix-ins throughout the week.
- FREE WiFi.
- Members bar during most mix-ins.
Subscriptions can be paid in full, or monthly by direct debit (subject to a surcharge).
Our membership packages are shown below, with the subscription year for annual membership starting on June 1st. Student members can opt to pay for the year from September to September to fit in with their academic year if this is more convenient. If you join after the start of the subscription year the subs are reduced pro-rata after 1st October. (eg the fee for 8/12's of the year is 8/12th's of the full subscription). If you want to join a fixed package earlier in the season than June, please contact Carol Stanley to discuss costs.
Members choosing to pay by monthly direct debit do so in the understanding they are committed to making a minimum of 12 monthly payments.
PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN JOINING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES THAT RATES ARE REVIEWED ANNUALLY AND ANY INCREASES APPLIED FROM 1 JUNE EACH YEAR.
We have introduced a reduced subscription for our younger members, those under 11. In recognition of the fact they are unable to come and play by themselves, we allow them to bring an adult to come and play with them for free when courts are available.

Eligibility: Open to invited pupils and staff of Berkswich Primary School only.
Country Member
Monthly membership
Country membership for those living further afield. Enjoy the same playing rights as senior members. It is expected that country members will only play occasionally.
Eligibility: Members living over 25 miles from club.
Family Membership
Monthly membership
Full membership for a family.
Eligibility: 2 Partners and 2 or more children aged under 18 on 31st December preceding the new season.
Junior (U11) Member
Monthly membership
Junior membership.
Eligibility: Aged under 11 on 31st December preceding the new season.
Junior (U19) Member
Monthly membership
Full junior membership.
Eligibility: Aged under 19 on 31st December preceding the new season, or in full time secondary education.
Restricted Member
Monthly membership
Restricted membership. May play on Monday to Friday up to 6pm only except with regard to club regulation 1 - playing facilities & court priority. Restricted members are not eligible for team selection.
Eligibility: Aged 19 or over on 31st December preceding the new season.
Senior (2 Partners) Membership
Monthly membership
Full senior membership for 2 partners.
Eligibility: Both aged 21 or over on 31st December preceding the new season.
Senior (65 & Over) Member
Monthly membership
Full senior membership for 65 and overs. Enjoys the same playing rights as senior members.
Eligibility: Aged 65 or over on 31st December preceding the new season.
Senior (Individual) Member
Monthly membership
Full senior membership for an individual.
Eligibility: Aged 21 or over on 31st December preceding the new season.
Student / U21 Member
Monthly membership
Student / U21 membership. Enjoy the same playing rights as senior members.
Eligibility: All young people aged under 21 on December 31st preceding the new season, plus older students still in full-time education/apprenticeship.
