Club Information
Adult Club Night
Adult members are always welcome at our Club open sessions, on Mondays from 7.00pm and on Saturdays from 2:00pm. This is a perfect opportunity to meet other members and play with a mix of people. We also welcome potential new members to join us on Mondays for a hit and to find out more about the Club.
NESLTA League Teams
The Club has two men's teams (divisions 2 and 4) and two ladies teams (divisions 2 and 4) in the North East Scotland Lawn Tennis Association leagues and we are always looking for new players. If interested please contact the team captains, John Purcell or Vikki Paterson at westhilltennisclub@outlook.com. The men's team play on Tuesday evening and the ladies teams on Wednesday evening.
Coaching
Regular coaching sessions for our Junior and Mini members are run by our coach Vikki Paterson. Please contact her on vikkipaterson@hotmail.com for more information on dates, times and costs. She regularly updates our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/westhilltennisclub) with coaching information. Our adult members are also welcome to contact her to arrange either group or individual coaching sessions.
Wimbledon Ballot
As a club affiliated to the LTA members are able to opt into a ballot for Wimbledon tickets, the draw/process for this is managed by the LTA.
Westhill & District Community Sport and Leisure Hub (WDCSH)
We are proud members of Westhill & District Community Sport and Leisure Hub (WDCSH), which was established in 2014. A working group of interested parties was formed to determine the vision, aims and progress towards recognised sportscotland hub status.
WDCSH exists to bring the community together by providing pathways of opportunities as well as information, advice and support. The target — to make it easier for all people of all abilities in the Westhill area to get involved and engage in a more active/healthier lifestyle.
