WoSP  Club Rules

 

The Club Rules are provided for the safe use and enjoyment of the Padel courts and premises

 

1. The courts shall be under the exclusive management of the Committee.

2. Bullying, swearing or intimidation will not be tolerated and a committee member has the right to refuse entry or to ask you to leave the premises.

3. Players must wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

4. Members and guests who are not playing shall not behave in such a way as to disturb those who are playing.

5. Non-members not intending to play Padel or to support other players may not frequent the club.

6. The committee shall have the power to reserve all or any of the courts for matches, coaching and tournaments when required, of which due intimation will be given.

7. The club will provide balls for matches and tournaments.

8. Food and drinks are not allowed on the courts.

9. For safety no glass items are allowed on the courts.

10. Any two members of the Committee shall have the power to close the courts whenever they consider them unfit for play.

11. Junior members must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Part 2

 

1. Members and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner at all times while on the club premises.

2. Members must ensure that the premises are left as found and that all lights are switched off after play and that the premises are securely locked up and the alarm set.

3. Members must be respectful to other members and guests.

4. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the club.

5. Members may invite guests to the club.

6. Members and guests are personally liable for any wilful damage done by them on the premises.

7. Players must only use approved Padel equipment on the courts.

8. Members are responsible for their guests conduct.

9. No football games are permitted in the clubhouse.

10. Food and drink may be consumed in the clubhouse but the clubhouse must be left clean and tidy.
