How to book a court

Our booking system is by LTA Clubspark, the same system WLTC use to manage membership.

You will require the same login you used for membership. Please also  remember to use the same log in method each time you book a court. It could be LTA, Facebook, Microsoft via Clubspark website. THE CLUB DOES NOT KNOW YOUR DETAILS.

Courts can be booked either online through Clubspark website.

Refer to new club court booking rules here. 

To book via Clubspark website follow the steps below:  (more booking options than app) 

  • Select Day View (4 courts per day) or Week View (7 day view of court by court)
  • Select day you wish to book from Calendar icon
  • On the calendar click on the time you wish to play.
  • A pop-up window will appear, select court end time. (max 90 mins)
  • Add names of all fellow players (participants) selecting save after each one. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email. (participants don’t receive an email)

In the App

  • Click on BOOK A COURT.
  • Select your court, chosen day and select a time beginning and ending.
  • click Confirm.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • App is being developed to add in participants in future.

 

Cancellations 

You can cancel your court at any time BEFORE your session starts.

Please click on the 'manage bookings' link at the bottom of your confirmation email. This will then divert you to the 'Your Bookings' section of the website. Click 'Cancel' for the booking you wish to cancel.   Or if cancelling via the App just select the relevant booking and a cancel booking option will appear at the bottom for you to select.

Limitations  - all bookings max 90 mins each

  • Adults (all categories} Student and Junior members - 2 sessions per week. (Junior bookings may need to be done through their parent’s/guardian’s account – a drop down box may appear to book in the junior’s name rather than parent’s)
  • Family members - 6 per week between them (all booking done via lead contact so share log in details with partner/older children if required)
