To book courts at West Heaton you MUST have an LTA account and be a paid-up member. Please check out our membership page.

If you are a member, and you cannot book a court, this is likely due to an issue with your membership package. Please contact courts@west-heaton.co.uk

 

FAQs

I see padlocks on the court booking system
This means you have an LTA login, but you do not have a current West Heaton membership attached to your login. Please contact courts@west-heaton.co.uk if you believe this is a mistake, or apply to join (membership page).

It says I have exceeded my booking allowace
If you get a message saying you have exceeded your booking limit when trying to book, please refer to our booking limits. Many people mistakenly use use more than 1 booking (ie 2x30mins insetad of 1x1hr). You can rectify this by using the drop down menu as explained on the booking limits page.

How do I know if I have an LTA account?
If you played for a summer team, or have ever been in the Wimbledon ticket draw, you already have an LTA account. You may not remember your login details for it, but you should see 'forgotten login' prompts to help. 

Your username is very likely to be your whole name, with no spaces in capitals, for example:
JOANNEBLOGGS

I can't update my login because it says I already have an LTA account, but I don't know my username/password?
If you cannot retrieve your LTA account details, and it won't let you create a new account because it says you already have one then please contact the LTA directly using this form. The alternative is to use another email address.
