Booking Limits, Lights and Club Access
Tennis Booking Allowances
2x bookings of up to 2hrs each in a rolling 7 day period up to 7 days in advance (or 2 x 1hrs for Juniors)
- Each Rackets/Squash Member will be limited to two reservations in a rolling 7 day period which includes past bookings, not just future bookings. Your past bookings can be accessed under a tab in "My Bookings" and they DO count toward the 2 in 7 day limit. Make a note of your own bookings so that you can work out when you will next be able to book.
If you use up your allowance, the next earliest time you can book will be exactly a week after (ie. the same day a week ahead) of your penultimate booking. For example: If you book Saturday and Monday in one week the next time you can book will be the following Saturday.
If you try to book more than your allowance, the system will tell you - it will not show a confirmation page, nor will you receive a confirmation email. - Each reservation can be up to 2hrs in total (in increments of 30mins) except for juniors whose allocation is up to 1hr.
- Members can only reserve courts up to 7 days in advance and bookings open from 6pm each day
- Courts will be reserved for coaches where necessary, these bookings will be clearly marked on the calendar
- Courts can be booked between 7.30am and 10.00pm
- Please try not to leave 30mins gaps in the bookings. Where this occurs you may be contacted and asked if you can change your time to fit in other bookings.
- There may be occasions when the session immediately after yours has not been reserved - if this is the case, and you wish to play for longer, you may continue to play on the court provided that you first check the booking sheet to confirm it has not been booked.
- It is expected that the member whose name is on the court booking intends to attend the court booking. This includes junior allocations.
- During peak times (6-10pm) please try to book in the 6pm-8pm slot or 8pm to 10pm slot when possible so that members can get the most out of the court time available.
- Please only book for the time you know you will be playing. ie. if you are only going to play for 1.5 hours please only book that amount of time.
- If you have a booking and cannot play (no matter how late) please cancel your booking.
- Cancel your court as soon as you are able, if you do so before the booking you will gain a booking back on your account. You can cancel a court after the session has started, but you will not regain a booking.

- Card keys and tokens for lights are available behind the bar during bar hours only.
