Woodlands Tennis Club

Woodlands is a friendly, sociable, community-based tennis club run by the members, for the members. We offer year-round tennis on eight astroturf courts — with three brand new floodlit courts available from June 2025.

There’s a great mix of social tennis and coaching for players of all levels, plus plenty of opportunities to play competitively. We run various tournaments throughout the year and currently have 15 teams competing in the Derby Area summer and winter leagues.

We welcome everyone — beginners, intermediate, and advanced players alike. A range of flexible membership options is available; full details can be found in the Membership section of our website.
