Safeguarding

As an LTA Registered Venue and as outlined in our Safeguarding Policy, Woodlands Tennis Club is committed to prioritising the well-being of all children and adults at risk, promoting safeguarding in our club at all times, including all programmes and events we run. We are also proud to have a Diversity and Inclusion Policy that demonstrates our commitment to making tennis diverse and inclusive.

Our Welfare Officer is Lucy Partington.

"I have worked within education, schools and special school settings for over 20 years. I have supported children and families in many areas, promoting children's wellbeing" - Contact: 07886702694 or woodlandstenniswelfareo@gmail.com.

Child Supervision: In line with the Woodlands Tennis Clubs Safeguarding Policy we recommend that children under the age of 13 using the courts outside of coaching and other organised activities: are supervised by a parent or known adult.
