Photo and Video Consent

Live Love Sport Ltd respects parents and players rights to exclude themselves for any photos or videos that are taken on court or in conjunction with our coaching activities. 

We do hope that any players that particpate in our program will join in the fun by taking part in our photos or videos that we can then use to show on sites such as Facebook, Instagram or online via our web channels. If you would like to opt out of any photos or videos please make your stance known to the coaching team. 

We undertake to use the images and videos in line with the LTA policy 'Photography and Recording' which can be found here. http://www.lta.org.uk/globalassets/about-lta/safeguarding/recording-and-publishing-images-policy.pdf.  The opt in on ClubSpark will constitute the necessary written consent mentioned in the policy above. 

If anyone is ever unhappy about the use of a particular photo or video, please notify us and we will remove it.
