ADTL TROPHY PRESENTATION EVENING

 

 

This will be held at: Ellesborough Golf Club


Your Club is invited to the A.D.T.L. Trophy Presentation Dinner & Dance to be held on Friday 10th April at the Ellesborough Golf Club near Wendover.

 

Start Time: 7.00pm for 7.30pm sit

Finish time: 12.00am

 

Tickets are £35.00

Replies please by Saturday 28th March at the latest.

 

We are happy to say that this year’s event will be back to normal. We will be limiting the numbers per club to 10 guests to give as many clubs a chance to come. However should the numbers not reach the level needed, we will offer clubs with extra people interested the chance to come. We have given an early reply date to allow clubs with extra guests to book them in.

 

We are delighted to have the sounds of the Trevor Hasse Disco once again.

 

If this letter is being sent to the wrong person organising the dinner at your club, can you advise me of the correct person and email details. I apologize if this information has been forwarded before.

 

Please can you send me the names of your guests and their menu choices to nevillepimm@hotmail.com and I will fill in menu cards. If you require specific seating arrangements, this can be discussed with me. Should you have any particular food requirements or allergies, please advise. 

 

Full payment (cheques payable to ‘Aylesbury and District Tennis League’) or BACS by 

Using A/C No 69540012  Sort Code 60.01.31 should be sent to the above address by March 5th.

Can all clubs please remember to return trophies on or before the fixture’s meeting

which will be held on Tuesday 24th February at 7.30pm at Halton TC.
