At AR Tennis we understand how important growing a workforce is. For all our coaches we aim to offer them support no matter what stage of their career they are at. Alice keeps in regular contact with all coaches and works with them to achieve want they want to get out of coaching. She has supported many coaches through their coaching qualifications and can offer financial support as well. In addition, Alice offers taylored CPD to help develop coaches further.

Want to get into coaching?

If you thinking coaching is something your child may be interested in we run yearly Tennis Leaders Courses at all venues.  The Tennis Leaders Course is an introduction to the skills needed to become a coach. Participants will learn the basics of tennis and understand how variations of the game are used to introduce all ages and abilities to the sport.

The next course to take place is at Ackworth Tennis Club, date to be confirmed.

Coaching develops many desirable skills such as communication and leadership which are transferable to other careers and look favourable on a CV.
