Courts can be booked in slots of 30 minutes (with a maximum of 3 slots at a time) up to 7 days in advance. If you are unable to play, please cancel the court booking as soon as possible to make it available to other members.

Access to the tennis courts is through our SmartAccess gate via a personal PIN number that will be included in your confirmation email. Access to squash courts is through our clubhouse’s secure keypad system; if you have forgotten the access code, please email info@abercornsportsclub.co.uk

Guests

Members may bring occasional guests for a fee of £2 per half-hour for adults and £1 per half-hour for juniors. When booking online, select ‘add participant’, input your guest(s) name, and make payment through the booking site.

Abercorn Sports Club Policy on Unsupervised Children

Children under the age of 12 should be supervised by a parent/carer whilst at the club, with the only exception being when they are actively participating in specific supervised sessions like coaching lessons or tennis camps. Children under 12 should never be left unsupervised by a parent/carer even if there are other adults present. If the parent/carer is unable to supervise their child, they must designate an alternative adult to do so, and the child and relevant coach(es) must be made aware of the arrangement. Children under the age of 12 should not be allowed to arrive at or leave the venue for classes or camps alone unless a parent/carer has provided written permission (email or text message accepted) to the coach(es) in charge.
