The following guidance is provided for parents and carers of children who use the tennis courts:

· Children (aged 11 and under) must be supervised by an adult when using the tennis courts out with an organised tennis session.

· During organised tennis sessions, the session facilitator/coach is responsible for children when they are within the tennis court boundary.

· Following attendance at organised tennis sessions, it is the club’s policy that children (aged 11 and under) be collected by a responsible adult. If you wish for your child to leave the tennis courts unaccompanied, you are required to notify the session facilitator/coach of these arrangements.

· It is the parents/carers responsibility to collect their child (children) on time. Please make sure your child knows what they are to do at the end of each session.

· Parents/Carers shall abide by the clubs Code of Conduct and ensure that their children understand their Code of Conduct requirements.
