All players welcome at any standard. We are a friendly and welcoming club open to adults, families and juniors who want to play Tennis.
Albrighton Tennis Club has been in existence since 1923. It has seen many changes over the years, the most significant being in 1994 when the Club sold the land on which its courts had been based since its inception and moved to shared land with Albrighton Cricket Club. The tennis club now has 3 all weather floodlit courts and a small club house. Members are welcome in the Cricket Clubhouse and can make use of the bar and other facilities.
Our tennis club has lots to offer including;
- A coaching program for both adults and juniors to suit all ages and standards
- Shropshire League Tennis
- Club nights and social mix ins
- Member events

Welcome Information
Welcome to the 2024/25 season. Please take your time and read through all the details. Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March, with pro rata fees available later in the year.
No one will become a member of the Club until they have received written confirmation from the Committee that their application for membership has been approved.

Tennis Timetable
The Committee have set the following times for organised mix-ins throughout the year, weather permitting, please come along and mix in:
Tuesday : 10am to 12pm.
6.30pm (Ladies Mix in. Rota during winter months).
Wednesday : 6.30pm (Men's mix in. Rota during winter months).
Thursday : 10am to 12pm.
Friday :10am to 12 pm (Ladies mix-in)
Sunday : 10am Social Morning .
Coaching
We Do Tennis.
Club Matches
Club matches may take place from the end of April to the end of August on Monday through to Thursday on Courts 1 & 2 in the evenings from 6.30pm. This will leave Court 3 available providing that the Cricket Club does not have a match when we can only use Courts 2 & 3.
Club Championships: To be arranged, usually September.
AGM
Usually held early March, please see Club notice-board (in the Triangle) for details at that time.

Copies of Club rules, Constitution and policies are available for viewing in the Pavilion.
Wimbledon Tickets
If you would like to be in the LTA draw this year, you will need to be a current British Tennis Member and have opted-in to the 2023 Ballot . For information on how to do this, go to:
