Safeguarding

At Albrighton Lawn Tennis Club the safety and wellbeing of all our members, especially children and vulnerable adults, is our top priority. Our Safeguarding Policies are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy tennis in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Why Safeguarding Matters:

  1. It protects individuals from harm, abuse, and neglect.
  2. It promotes a culture of openness and accountability.
  3. It ensures that everyone - coaches, players, parents, and visitors know how to act if they have a concern.

Everyone Has a Role to Play.
If you see or hear something that doesn’t feel right, please speak up.  Whether it’s a small concern or something more serious, reporting it helps keep our club safe for all.

Report a Concern:
Contact our Welfare Officer, Jan Needham, on 07779 574669 or janneedham@hotmail.com
Or report directly to the LTA via the Report a Concern QR Code on the Welfare Officer Poster.

Let’s work together to make our club a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
