Our Adult Introduction to Tennis course is a friendly and supportive 6-week programme designed for adults who are new to tennis or returning after a long break. The course focuses on learning the basics, building confidence, and enjoying the game in a relaxed social environment.
No previous tennis experience is required.

- Player-to-Coach Ratio: Maximum 1:6
- Coaching Style: Fun, structured, and inclusive
Small group sizes ensure plenty of individual feedback and quality coaching.
