1-1 Buddy Hitting must be initially set up through Ali Ward. Do you ever feel like there is too much time between your lessons or you need to just hit more balls? This involves rally-based practice sessions with an Assistant or Instructor, designed to complement group or private coaching, as well as regular competition. This practice reinforces learning and skill development without using baskets or training aids. The focus is solely on practicing patterns that support the player’s goals from previous coaching sessions. It should not be seen as a "cheap lesson." Members are responsible for reserving courts, bringing a dozen tennis balls, and ensuring parental supervision if the Hitter is under 18. Buddy Hitting is available only during peak times (weeknights from 4-8 PM and Saturday mornings).
