What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

I would like to invite your child to attend the new KS1 club at your school. These sessions will involve fun dynamic warm-ups, fun co-ordination skills, rallies & tactics, serving exercises and team games. Sessions will take place on the school MUGA.
