We aim to provide coaching to players of all ages and all abilities creating a pathway from beginners to advanced. Our coaching team consists of:
Richie Cunningham (Level 3) - Head Coach
Colin Grieve (Level 2) - Assistant Coach
Flynn Dalgleish (Level 1 ) - Assistant Coach
Tots/Youth Coaching Programme
The youth programme runs all year round and is for 3 to 16 year olds. The programmes are held on Monday's (term time only) & Wednesday's. The Programmes are usually 4 to 10 weeks long.
TERM TIME
Monday
Blue ball (3-5 yrs) 3:45 - 4:15pm
Red/Orange (5-9 yrs) 4:30 - 5:30pm
Wednesday
Blue ball (3-5 yrs) 3:30 - 4pm
Red/Orange (5-9yrs) 4pm - 5pm
Green/Yellow (10-18yrs) 5pm - 6pm
NON TERM TIME
Wednesday
Blue ball (3-5 yrs) 9.30am - 10am
Red/Orange (5-9yrs) 10:30am - 11.30am
Green/Yellow (10-18yrs) 12 noon - 1pm
You can bring your own equipment if you prefer or rackets will be available to use during training.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear & we recommend bringing a water bottle to all activities.
We ask that for the 3-5yr and 5-7yrs that a parent or guardian stay with children and for the 8-9yr a parent or guardian is welcome to stay with children.
Summer Camps w/c 14th July & w/c 11th August - Tuesdays & Thursdays
Fun and skill based activities within these sessions will be suitable for all and tailored to the booked participants skill set. Sessions have been arranged so that 9s an Under will take part in the morning session and those children 10 & above will be in the afternoon. If there is any concerns due to skill please speak to your coach.
9's and UNDER - 10am - 12pm
10's & OVER - 1pm - 3pm
ADULT COACHING
We offer three adult coaching sessions per week, based on ability and availability. The sessions run on both Monday & Friday evenings:
MONDAY: Beginners - 6-7pm
Intermediate - 7-8pm
FRIDAY: Mixed ability - 6-7pm
