Autumn 2024 Term Courses

Junior Coaching Autumn-Term Courses are every Friday, with 13 sessions from September 13th until December 13th. There is no session on November 1st because of the 1/2 term.

Head Coach Bart Wisniewski will lead sessions.

If you are unsure which Group your Junior should be in, please get in touch with Andrew Bowen (our Junior Coaching Online Administrator) at aetc.coaching@gmail.com before booking. 

All Parents are also reminded that, for insurance purposes, their children must be Junior Club members to join a coaching programme.

If you have booked and your Junior is not already a Club Member, email the Club, and they will arrange for a Junior Membership payment request to be sent to you.

Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and get booked quickly; if the course is already full when you try to book, you will be on the waiting list. 

For the benefit of the players, Juniors may be moved between Groups at Bart's discretion after discussing it with their parent or guardian.
 

Bookings/Payments

All bookings/payments must be made using the online system below before the course start date. The courses need to be planned and staffed correctly, so anyone turning up without booking in advance cannot be accepted.  

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND ADVICE BELOW BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKINGS - THERE ARE STILL SOME 'QUIRKS' IN THE BOOKING SYSTEM:

Go to the bottom of the page and click on the required session. (NB: If you have children in different Groups, you must make separate bookings for each Group.) If you cannot see the Group 5 Course or the LTA Girls Youth Course, please select 'Load More Results' at the bottom of the page.

Click on 'Book Now' 

You must now log in to the site with your login/password. If you have not already registered, please send an email to appletonwitheatontennisclub@gmail.com, and we will send you a registration email.

• You will now see Your (parent name) with a 'tick box' to the left of your name.
• DO NOT PUT A TICK AGAINST YOUR NAME—the system will think you are playing in the session!
• Click on the '+Add Player' and enter the name of your Junior player.
• If you have another Junior playing in the same session, click '+Add Player' again and add the name of the next Junior (if you have booked for previous sessions, your children's names should appear automatically).
• Now put a tick - click in the box to the left of the name - for each Junior you wish to play in the session.
• You will note that the system has now added a Total Cost to the Basket Summary to the right. Double-check that the cost shown is what you expect for the number of Juniors booking into the session.
• Click on the 'Terms and Conditions' check box.
• Click 'Checkout' and you will be taken to the payment system (Stripe/Credit Card) to complete the process.

THE BOOKING WINDOW CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT SEPT 12th 2024 from that time the coaching will not be visible below.
