Junior Coaching Courses
Summer Term 2025 Courses
Summer Coaching starts after Easter in April, with the sessions starting on Thursday, 24th April, for the green advanced group and Friday, 25th April, for everyone else and ending on the 11th July ( no session during 1/2 term, 29th & 30th May)
If your child has been enrolled in the Winter coaching sessions, you will soon receive an email with a priority invitation to join the Summer coaching.
From the 14th of April, the booking portal will be open to the general public, and all places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. As in previous years, a waiting list will be available.
As players progress, they may move to another group with a different start time; we will endeavour to speak to everyone concerned.
Head Coach Bart Wisniewski (Oxfordshire LTA Coach of the Year 2025) will lead sessions.
If you are unsure which Group your Junior should be in, please get in touch with Andrew Bowen (our Junior Coaching Online Administrator) at aetc.coaching@gmail.com before booking.
All Parents are also reminded that, for insurance purposes, their children must be Junior Club members to join a coaching programme.
If you have booked and your Junior is not already a Club Member, email the Club, and they will arrange for a Junior Membership payment request to be sent to you.
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to participants from the previous coaching, and get booked quickly; if the course is already full when you try to book, please add yourself to the waiting list.
For the benefit of the players, Juniors may be moved between Groups at Bart's discretion after discussing it with their parent or guardian.
Bookings/Payments
All bookings/payments must be made using the online system below before the course start date. The courses need to be planned and staffed correctly, so anyone turning up without booking in advance cannot be accepted.
