A Referee is responsible for making sure that competitions are played fairly and in accordance with the rules and regulations. The Referee supervises all aspects of play from organising the draws and schedules, to enforcing the rules and conduct of players, coaches, parents and everyone involved in the competition. To be a successful Referee you will need to have good communication skills, the ability to multi-task and an in-depth knowledge of the rules of tennis.
