If you have problems registering for membership or paying online, try these checks first.

Before You Start
For the best chance of success: - use Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox - avoid using a VPN - avoid in-app browsers from Gmail, Facebook, or WhatsApp - keep only one registration tab open - do not refresh the page during payment
Common Problems
The ClubSpark page will not load properly
Try: - turning off your VPN - disabling ad blockers or privacy extensions for the site - trying a different browser - retrying on mobile data instead of filtered Wi-Fi
I cannot see the membership package I expected
Check: - you are signed in as the correct person - your date of birth is correct on your profile - your email and address details are valid
The payment page does not appear
Try: - allowing popups - turning off VPN - using a normal browser window, not private browsing - retrying in another browser
The bank verification step fails
Try: - keeping the payment page open while approving in your banking app - returning to the original browser tab after approval - retrying on another device if the page freezes
The payment page hangs or spins
Do not keep retrying immediately.
First check: - your bank app - your email inbox - your ClubSpark account
If you are not sure whether payment succeeded, contact support before trying again.
Apple Pay or Google Pay is missing
This may happen if: - your browser or device does not support it - your wallet is not set up - you are using an embedded browser
You can still use standard card payment.
I think I may have paid twice
Please contact support with: - member name - membership package - approximate payment time - amount
What To Include In A Support Email
Please include: - full member name - email address used on ClubSpark - membership package - device and browser used - whether a VPN was on - a screenshot if possible
