Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
This is a 45 min Cardio Tennis session for up to 12 people.
Members Only (you are welcome to attend 3 sessions to learn about the Club and enquire about Club Membership thereon).
