Saturday

10:30 - orange/ green - 8-10yrs

Ball is still compressed giving less bounce and enabling the player to develop their technique.

11:30 - 12+yrs

Full ball - Focus is on the players being able

to understand how to compete in tennis matches. tactics and patterns of play whilst still learning the correct grips/technique for the different shots you play in tennis.

12:30 -Cardio tennis

Orange ball - Fast paced with the focus on the heart rate getting into your aerobic training zone whilst hitting a vast amount of tennis balls in a competitive but fun environment.

Music will be played through the entirety of the lesson
