Notes from the coach
Players learn the technical, tactical, physical & mental skills required to play good tennis. The sessions are packed with quality warmups, drills & games with a different theme each week. It's well worth considering joining the tennis club in order to play tennis more regularly. As well as the reduced price for coaching, there are numerous other benefits.
