Berkshire County Sports is a really friendly tennis club with plenty to offer players of all ages. New members are welcome.

Membership Benefits

* Club mornings: Social tennis on Tuesday & Friday mornings from 10am.

* Club nights: Social tennis on Monday & Thursday evenings from 5pm onwards.

• Adults & older junior players get to take on a variety of opponents.
• We usually use Fast4 format for matches - the 1st to 4 games wins.
• We provide the tennis balls & organisation of the matches.
• After tennis there is the option to stay for a drink & chat in the clubhouse bar which is next to the tennis courts. Indoor activities include pool, snooker, darts, table tennis, table football & many TV screens showing live sports.

* Membership of Berkshire County Sports Club & 10% discount on food & drinks.

* Free court booking when playing tennis with other BCS tennis club members.

* LTA Accredited Plus tennis coach: Member discount for group coaching and junior tennis camps.

* Competitions: We enter teams in the Berkshire LTA leagues and we also organise our own competitions.

* Social events: There are regular social events such as quiz nights, barbecues & visits to restaurants.

* Wimbledon show court ticket ballot: Tennis club members can opt into the Wimbledon ticket ballot.

Booking Courts

* Anyone and Everyone can book our tennis courts on a Pay & Play basis. Just pay £10 per hour per court.

* The Tennis Club provides free access to the tennis courts for members to play with other BCS tennis club members.

* Booking of the Padel tennis court is not included in tennis club membership.

The Sports Club

* Berkshire County Sports Club membership is included in tennis club membership. Your BCSC membership card entitles you to a 10% discount on food & drinks from the bar.

* If already a member of another sports club at Berkshire County Sports, you can email tennisbcsc@gmail.com with your evidence of having paid the BCSE membership fee through this membership & then join the Tennis Club excluding the BCSC portion of the membership fee.

LTA British Tennis Membership & Wimbledon Ticket Ballot

* In addition to joining our tennis club, we encourage players to sign up as a member of British Tennis. You will have access to an exclusive area of the website, with features, tips and information.

* To take part in the Wimbledon ticket ballot, you must be a member of the LTA & have opted into the ballot to be included.

Prospective New Members

We invite you to visit the tennis club to take a look.

You can book a free tennis welcome with Nick our head tennis coach.

• Give you a few coaching tips.
• Help you register.

Alternatively new players are welcome to try out a club night or a group coaching session before joining the tennis club.

How To Join

The Berkshire County Sports Tennis Club membership runs on a date of purchase schedule for 12 months. You can follow these steps to join. We offer a variety of subscription levels and payment is by bank transfer.

1) Register your details, by selecting the appropriate membership category at the bottom of this page.

2) Make payment. Payment to be made via Bank Transfer to Berkshire County Sports Tennis Club bank account:

• Sort Code: 30-91-11 and Account Number: 01505279 using your name as a reference
• Verification will resolve to Berkshire County Tennis Section

The current fees for Date of Purchase memberships are as follows:

• Adult: £150 - includes BCSC Fee of £56
• Young Adult: £135 (aged 19-25) - includes BCSC Fee of £56
• Family: (2 Adults + any number of kids) £300 - includes BCSC Fee of £112 and £9 per child
• Off Peak Adult:  £125 (Weekdays only till 5.30pm) - includes BCSC Fee of £56
• Senior 65+: £120 - includes BCSC Fee of £35
• Off Peak Senior: £95 (Weekdays only till 5.30pm) - includes BCSC Fee of £35
• Students:  £80 (aged 19-21 and over 21s in full time education)- includes BCSC Fee of £25
• Juniors: aged up to 18: £45 - includes BCSC Fee of £9

If you are already a member of another sports Section/Club at Berkshire County Sports, the BCSC Fee does not need to be paid again.
