After each class at we reserve 2x courts for you, so you can stay to play friendly matches against eachother and practice what you have just learnt.

Every Monday afternoon at 1.30-3pm.
Ladies only tennis coaching session with experienced tennis coaches and all standards are welcome. During these sessions you will Learn new skills, keep fit, learn tactics for singles and double match play and get to meet new friends and socialise. Click here to book

Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.
Cardio Tennis is a very social activity for all ages, ability and fitness levels. The Cardio Balls equalize the playing field and enhance the workout.

Friday tennis is For Everyone! It is a Fun, Healthy, & Social Tennis for all ages, ability and fitness levels. It is an excellent way to get into a more active lifestyle, meet new people, AND improve your TENNIS! Our fun, active Friday class really is for Everyone! New players, advanced players and seniors. You will improve your tennis, footwork and get a healthy workout in this class. Come and joint our fun, active Friday tennis by simply showing your attendance below and paying on the day!

£25.00 per hour lesson. If you had a friend that you wanted to come with, couple’s lesson for £35.00 for 2 players.
