Coaching

 

Coaching for groups and individuals can be arranged with our qualified coaches. Dave, Jonny and their coaching team aim to make each individual the best they can be in a fun and friendly environment. See coach contact details in the table below and feel free to give them a call!

Please remember, all adults and juniors must be current club members. 

 

New and Existing Coaching Sessions

 

  • We currently offer coaching sessions for children aged 14 and under on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Starting in January 2025, we are introducing a new group session for children on Saturdays at 12:30 PM during term time. If you’re interested, please contact us for further details.
  • We are also planning to launch adult sessions. If any adults are interested, please contact Jonny on 07880712864.

 

Create Your Own Coaching Group

 

  • We now offer a flexible program called “Create Your Own,” allowing both juniors and adults to form their own coaching groups. Simply gather a group of 4 or more people (friends or family), provide us with a few time slots that suit your schedule, and we will arrange for a coach. This option is ideal for those with busy schedules.
  • If you have a group of 4 or more people interested in coaching once a week, please contact Jonny.

                •              10:00 AM - 12:30 PM - Adult Socials (2 courts)

                •              10:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Dave R Coaching (1 court)

                •              12:30 PM - 1:30 PM - Junior Coaching (2 courts)

                •              2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Junior Match Play (once a month, 3 courts)

 

Sundays

                •              9:15 AM - 11:15 AM - Junior Coaching (3 courts)

 

Tuesdays

                •              2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Ladies Match Play (2 courts)

Dave studied at the Stonebridge Tennis Academy in Surrey and worked extensively in London and Essex before taking up the role of County Development Officer for Bedfordshire. With over 30 years of experience he coaches all standards and abilities.

Jonny is the Current Boys County 12&U coach and worked with several county and regional standard players.  He has 16 years of coaching experience.  Jonny also works with all standards and abilities.
