Background

The rollout of the login migration change began with social media logins in August 2021, and was then extended to include all other non-LTA logins in October 2021.

ClubSpark plans to eventually disable the use of any remaining non-LTA logins at some point in the future.

Migrating your website login

You can then migrate your website login, ie. your ClubSpark account as follows:

1. Sign in with email as usual:

• Go to https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/BidfordOnAvon and click Login
• Under "Sign in with email", enter your email address & password, and click Sign In.

2. When prompted to update your login, you can either click Proceed, or click Not Now.*

• You can postpone the update by clicking Not Now - but only once, before the update is eventually forced on you.
• *If you have previously clicked Not Now, you will not be prompted to update your login again for another 24 hours.

3. After you click Proceed, please follow further steps as described in this news article.

Conclusion

Once you have successfully migrated your account, you will be able to login to your ClubSpark account as follows:

• Go to https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/BidfordOnAvon and click Login
• Under "Sign in with your social account", click LTA
• Enter your Username and Password and click Login.
