Club Website login update

Dear Members

As per previous emails on this subject (*) the LTA & ClubSpark, who provide our website, are changing how members log-in:
this affects you because you have to be logged in to book courts, and to book onto the Monday group coaching classes.

As expected, the change now requires all ClubSpark users to have an LTA account.

The previous phase of the migration just applied to those using a Social Media Account.

In this second phase, the LTA & ClubSpark have extended the scope of the migration to those who have been logging in using a ClubSpark account (ie. an email/password).

Ie. All non-LTA logins can now be updated to an LTA login.

This second phase has been implemented on our club website.

Please follow the instructions when prompted after you next log in (by your usual method).

If necessary, please refer to the Support Guide accessible from the link in the email below.

NB. Any unmigrated accounts will eventually be disabled.

If you have any further questions, please check out the links to FAQs and/or Video Guides below.

*Previous emails on this subject are available as news articles on the club website https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/BidfordOnAvon.

Many thanks

Re: LTA ClubSpark Single Login

Hi

As I am sure you are aware, the LTA is making some changes to the way you and your players login to the LTA ClubSpark platform. You may also have read the LTA's coach/club monthly newsletter with the newest changes due to be made to the login procedure.

This change previously only impacted those who used a social media login (Facebook, Google or Microsoft), but now they are all using a single LTA login to access the platform. From now on you'll only need to remember one login to access all LTA digital systems.

Your Next Steps:

The use of a single sign-on is now being extended to those who use a ClubSpark (email/password) login.

This will be a phased approach over the coming months for all the organisations on the LTA ClubSpark platform.

Your organisation's single sign-on migration will take place from Thursday 7th October 2021.

You and your players will need to log in as normal with the ClubSpark (email/password) login and complete the short 2-3 minute process in creating or merging with an LTA account.

You and your players will still be able to access the organisation and any bookings.
