Club Rules
These rules of the Club are made pursuant to Article 4.14 and Article 8 of the Club’s Articles of Association. The terms used shall have the same meaning as in the Articles of Association. Where there is any inconsistency between these Rules and the Articles of Association, the provisions of the Articles of Association shall prevail.
Articles of Association
As of 1st October 2014 Billericay Lawn Tennis Club incorporated and became a Company Limited by Guarantee and is now known as Billericay Lawn Tennis Club Limited. The club will operate under the Articles and Rules approved by members at the 2021 AGM.
