Our ladies and men played doubles matches this Saturday in bright sun with varying success.  The ladies were victorious at home, beating Leighton Buzzard seven sets to one.  Debs Digby, Jane Lawrence (c), Jo Lucas and Leonie Coveney had a great match and won convincingly.  The men trekked over to Berkhamsted for their match and struggled with the conditions - tiger turf courts and difficult light added to their woes.  Ben Lawrence, Wayne Gough, George Lawrence and Charlie Lawrence lost 6-2, but enjoyed the games against their hosts.
