The grass court season is only two months away now, but Jordy has been working hard throughout the autumn and winter to make sure this years grass courts are even better than ever. Last year saw the courts in great shape and with the warmer weather, the grass growth has started to accelerate - the early signs are very positive.

This week sees the application of fertiliser to give the grass a really good early boost as we enter the growing season. Weekly mowing continues and already the court areas look fantastic.

Well done and thanks to Jordie for his professional programme of work, using some incredible kit to help us maintain quality courts again this year.

Lets hope the weather is good for our Open Day - 10 May 2025 from 10am - 2pm - and we get lots of new potential members coming along to try out our facilities. As always we will be asking members to come along to help with leaflet distribution in April and helping out / assist with playing tennis with vistors and other members on the day. Cake donantions from members are always welcome as they help raise valuable funds to further improve the facilities - we will be asking again closer to the day.
