Quiz Night 18 October 2025
Saturday 18 October 2025 saw our popular fundraiser return. The BTC Quiz and Chilli Night held in the Margaret Harker Hall attracted over 100 people / 12 tables.
A great raffle included over 25 quality prizes donated by club members and the following business supporters:
- World Drinks Awards
- Norwich Camping and Leisure
- Blofield Fish & Chip Shop
Heads and tails halfway through the Quiz resulted in Angela Humphrey winning a magnum of Italian Primativo Wine 🍷
Quiz master Martin (once again suitably dressed to impress), tested everyones memories and recollections, with some really varied and challenging questions over six rounds, plus a table round.
Belinda and her team delivered a tasty chilli and jacket potato meal with trimmings of sour cream, grated cheese and fresh coriander. A veggie option was also available.
A HUGE THANK YOU to the committee for putting the event together, Quiz Master Martin Warren, Belinda and her sous chefs for preparing and serving the meal, members and local businesses that provided raffle prizes and most importantly everyone who supported the event by joining us on the night and helping set up/pack up.
This is a major fundraising event and will help us to continue to improve the facilities at the Club for members to enjoy.
