Two club championship men's singles matches took place on Sunday at BBLTC to get the club championship under way.

In an afternoon match, two of our newer members, Salman Asif and Dave Ginger, played a close fought match with Salman winning out in two sets. Salman goes on to play Jonathan Khan in the 2nd round.

In the evening sunshine, Steve Coleman edged past James Hider in a match full of exciting rallies and deuce games. Steve progresses to the Quarter Final.

Salman is back in action tonight with his brother Adam against Simon Denyer and Mark Hoskins in the mens doubles.
