Father and son team, Jos and Ted Bailey, edged past Simon Denyer and David Morley to win the mens handicap doubles event.

5 pairings took part in this event in glorious weather in a round robiin format. Jos and Ted won all of their matches. The key match being against Simon & David, which they won 5-3. This proved to be the only difference between the top two pairs.

Next Sunday sees the mixed doubles event.
