• Organise teams – 3 couples
• Ensure you have contact details (including mobile numbers) for all Home team members and Away team captain.
• Check availability and request confirmation
• Sort out team tea and allocate to players – savouries, sweets, fruit, tea/coffee/milk
  Check with Away Team Captain that they know where to find the club and where to park.

Pre-match

• Measure nets
• Put out 3 tubes of new balls from locked cupboard
• Key is in the key safe in kitchen – code to be obtained from regular team captain.
• Fill out score sheet with home and away team names
• Matches are as per score sheets
• Courts are numbered 1,2 & 3 with farthest court from pavilion being No 1.

Post match

• Complete score sheet and have it signed by both Home and Away Team Captains.
• Scores have to be entered on website by winning Team Captain within 48 hours and checked by losing Team Captain
• Before leaving the club please ensure oven, lights and fans are switched off and that both gates to the grounds are securely locked.
