Club AGM - March 2025

We invite members to join us for the club's AGM which is scheduled for 31st March 2025 and to be held in Bekesbourne Village Hall.

The AGM is a chance for members to hear from the committee and find out more about the running of the club, including reports on membership, maintenance, coaching and competition on the courts. As a members club, with volunteers filling roles on the committee, the views of the members is vital. As we approach the AGM, we'll be publishing key reports from the committee for your review.  In the short term, there are some items for your consideration listed below.

The AGM will also see us award plaques to all tournament winners. There will be a glass of wine (beer or soft drinks too) and a nibble on offer to all those that attend. Please RSVP your attendance with an email to Janet (janet.bailes@googlemail.com).
