Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Bookings should be cancelled online by the person who made the booking:
October to March - Prior to the booked time.
April to September - up to 24 hours prior to the booked time.
Where a cancellation meets the above requiremenrs a refund will be issued back to the card used to make payment. These refunds are processed via Stripe and may take a few days to reach the card account.
