Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled online:

October to March - up to 2 hours prior to the booked time
April to September - up to 24 hours prior to the booked time.

Where a cancellation meets the above requiremenrs a refund will be issued back to the card used to make payment. These refunds are processed via Stripe and may take a few days to reach the card account.
